Each GrabCharge powerbank comes with three charging cables: Lightning, micro USB, and USB-C. This means you can charge most Android and Apple smartphones and tablets (e.g., Asus, Blackberry, HTC, Huawei, LG, Honor, Nexus, Nokia, Samsung, Sony, Xiaomi), as well as other electronic devices like some mobile phones, Bluetooth speakers, MP3 players, cameras, e-readers, laptops, gamepads, and more.
Your rental starts when you unlock your GrabCharge powerbank. 20 min FREE, £2.5 first hour. Then daily tariff starts which is £5 per day until 5 days maximum. After 5th day you pay £25 and the powerbank is considered as yours.
No, and that's the convenience of the GrabCharge Stations network! You can rent a powerbank where it's most convenient for you and return it at a different location. You are completely mobile during the rental.
Launch the GrabCharge app on your smartphone, tap the scan button, and scan the QR code on the GrabCharge Station.
At a GrabCharge Station, insert the powerbank into an empty slot. Your rental period will end shortly, and this will be confirmed in your GrabCharge app.
You'll need to find a way to charge your phone just enough to turn it on before renting. You could ask a friend to rent a powerbank for you, ask someone nearby for a brief charge, or use emergency charging cables available at some stations (these charge slower than our powerbanks).
Currently, you can rent only one powerbank at a time. If a friend needs one, they can scan the QR code at a GrabCharge Station with their phone and follow the steps to unlock a powerbank.
Check your internet connection on your smartphone. If you're still having issues, please contact us.
Check for a green light flashing on the GrabCharge Station. If it's not, inform a local representative as the station might need to be turned off, unplugged, or restarted. If problems persist, the representative will contact us, and you can head to the nearest GrabCharge Station.

Follow the same steps as above if your return is not confirmed.
In case of loss or damage, you will be charged the maximum rental amount plus a 50£ non-return fee.
